Our scope of work includes, but is not limited to, multi-axis milling and turning on CNC milling and turning centers, tooling and fixturing, welding, assembly, CAD/CAM design and consultation, engineering, prototypes to production runs in excess of 15,000 pieces with tolerances to ±.0001, with expertise in all materials and plastics including exotics. Work sizes range from .03" dia. To 12.00" dia. in round material, to 22" x 44" in square material. J W Machine has a history of providing quality, on-time personalized service to a wide variety of commercial and defense customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
